While we strive for perfection in every stitch and seam, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be necessary. Our policy is designed with the same care we put into selecting our collections.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included (including dust bags for handbags)
  • Proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hats, belts, and undergarments (when offered). These items are final sale unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our Savannah-based customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and include the RMA number visible on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the return shipping costs.
  4. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. For exchanges to international destinations (excluding some Asian and remote areas), we’ll cover the cost of reshipping the replacement item.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Note that:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International customers will receive refunds in their local currency at the current exchange rate
  • PayPal refunds may take additional processing time

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). Exchanges are processed after we receive your return. If your desired exchange item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or incorrect product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost.
