3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart doesn’t reserve it. A contract is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

3.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

3.3 Shipping

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

We ship worldwide except certain Asian and remote areas. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Final Sale Items: Hats, belts, and undergarments (when offered) cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

3. Ship items securely with the provided RMA number visible
